Lakewood streets yield way to FasTracks
Four Lakewood intersections along W. 13th Avenue will close permanently in a few days as construction along the West Corridor Light rail line intensifies. Work on the Kipling Street rail bridge earthen embankments and the nearby Pikeview tunnel is expected to be completed within a few weeks.

Property at 1290 Harlan St. is one of the priciest lots in the county after City paid $950,000 for three now-leveled buildings and the 1.8 acre parcel along the future FasTracks Light Rail line.
