Lakewood voters will decide three contested City Council races. Two contested school board battles and a pair of county term limit proposals also are on the Nov. 3 ballot.

A hearing officer will decide validity of petitions. If they are OK, City Council can adopt the citizen-initiated ordinance or send it to voters.
