Voters also turn out two school board members and reject proposals to let a number of county officials to seek a third term in a mail-in election in which less than 30 percent of voters returned ballots.

Amy Attwood outpaces all other candidates, collecting nearly $17,000. The closest amount was raised by her opponent, Dave Wiechman. The total take by Ward 4’s two candidates exceeds the amount collected by all the rest of the City Council field.
