League of Women Voters schedules School Board forum

LAKEWOOD – The Jefferson County League of Women Voters will sponsor a forum for the candidates running for the Jefferson County School Board on Monday, Oct. 3 at 7 p.m. at the Shepherd of the Hills Church, 11500 W. 20th Avenue, Lakewood. There are four candidates running for two positions: Preston Branaugh, Lesley Dahlkemper, Jill Fellman and Jim Powers.
Meet the candidates. Compare their differing philosophies on public education. Find out how they intend to improve student performance with less revenue. Audience members will have a chance to submit their own questions. Everyone is welcome to attend.
