Who’s on first?
4:12 p.m., June 27, 2010, 460 block of Fenton Street.
A woman called police, saying she was being harassed by a man over the phone and she told officers she knew there were warrants out for his arrest. When police went to the address provided by the woman, a man answered the door and said he did not know the woman police were talking about and told them he was home alone. When police searched the home they found other people hiding in various places. All the people in the home gave different names, but some had the others’ ID cards in their wallets. Since two people provided false names during the investigation, they were issued summonses. The man who was allegedly harassing the woman over the phone also was in the home and was arrested on an outstanding warrant.
