I was also at the meeting when Commissioner McCasky announced that the County would be giving $100,000 to the Boys and Girls club of Lakewood, before he started his presentation as to why the rezone should be approved. I think that this was more than a concidence and may even border on being unethical. This simply was not the appropriate time or place for this type of announcement.
